When you contact us through WhatsApp or email or call us, for a quotation or query related to our services, we collect your name and contact details (phone/cell number email address) in order to respond to your query.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Should you become a contractual company client, your company information is updated with information from the contract. This information is used for invoicing and engaging on service delivery, claims etc. We may use this to contact you in future to notify you of any updates to services.

When you complete our online contact form, or contact us directly we will keep this information for future communications unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
For legislation purpose we are required to hold invoicing /delivery documentation for up to 5 years, where after it will be destroyed. We value your privacy so information is only visible and used by the management and administration team. If you have corresponded with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages and your email address and our responses for internal reference purposes only.
We do not share this information beyond the core team or outside of our organization and will only do so on your request.
HOW WE SECURE INFORMATION TRANSMISSIONS
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. All information transferred to our servers through our services will be transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
